outdoor Private and Small Group Training

We are offering Private (1 on 1) and Small Group Outdoor Training throughout the Spring and Summer!

For Private 1 on 1 Training, we can go to you or you can come to us.

For Small Group Training, the preference is for you to gather a group of friends that we will train.  We will schedule a time and location accordingly.  IF you don't have a group, don't worry.  We will help find a group of participants in a similar age group to train with.

Fees:

• Private 1 on 1 Training is $70 plus HST ($79.10) per hour (Split cost with friend and pay $35 plus HST each) 
• Small Group Training of 2 participants is $35 plus HST ($39.55) per hour per participant 
• Small Group Training of 3 participants or more is $25 plus HST ($28.25) per hour per participant
  

*Travel fee of $20 plus HST ($22.60) applies if training takes place outside of a 5km radius of the Markham-Stouffville Hospital.
